All orders at Delgado NYC enjoy complimentary shipping & returns. Due to the craftsmanship, each bag is individually crafted and takes 7-10 days to ship. After shipping will arrive to you in 3-7 days depending on your location. We will email you once your order has shipped.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We at Delgado NYC are confident that you will love our products, but in the event that something doesn't work out for you and you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund within two weeks from receipt of product. Please contact customer service at orders@delgadonyc.com to receive a return label. Order numbers or Receipts are required to exchange or return an item. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
